Spice Jet is a low-cost airline promoted by Ajay Singh, the Kansangra family and Sanjay Malhotra, which began its services in May 2005. SpiceJet Airlines India operates a single aircraft type-the Boeing 737-800. It has ordered 5 new Boeing 737-900s. SpiceJet has announced the launch of the SpiceJet Privilege Pass Programme under which travellers can now avail special benefits from partner hotels on presentation of their SpiceJet boarding pass. With the launch of the programme, guests travelling on SpiceJet can now avail benefits ranging from complimentary meals worth Rs 1,500 or a discount of Rs 500 on their total billing during the stay. The partner hotels for this programme include Trident Hotels, Ista Hotels, Keys Hotels, Pride Hotels, Maidens Hotels, Rain Tree Hotels, JHM Interstate and The Park.

Reservations can be made on the respective hotel's reservation page.' SpiceJet offers 127 flights daily to 18 cities across India.
